Picture this: Two jet-lagged flight attendants—Cleison and myself —fresh off a transatlantic flight from Philly to Lisbon. Our hairdos were a tangled mess, and Cleison’s eyes were doing their best impression of sleepy owls.

But duty calls and our mission was clear: reach the mystical town of Fátima!

Here's the 411 on how we got there by bus!

1. Bus: The “Are We There Yet?” Express

  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes (or 1 Cleison nap)

  • Cost: $10–$18 (depending on how many snacks Cleison bought; he paid for it, LOL) Not sure. It was around there.

  • Route: The buses depart from Oriente Station, conveniently located near our layover hotel. Cleison insisted on sitting by the window, hoping to spot unicorns or at least a cool cloud formation.

Remember, dear reader, that every journey has its quirks and unexpected detours. So fasten your seatbelt, keep your sense of humor intact, watch the video and let Cleison lead the way.

Who knows? Maybe you’ll discover that Fátima’s true miracle is surviving a road trip with your adventurous friend!
